ABOUT MATTEO FORGIONE

Experienced young Lawyer and Legal Counsel eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. From a professional point of view, I believe in the value of determination, commitment in pursuing results and constructive intellectual confrontation between colleagues; therefore, I am not afraid of \'too much\' work or pressure situations. Moreover, I love facing ever-changing challenges that lead me to grow (both professionally and personally), through my commitment. The above emerges in particular in relation to my university and work. After university, in which I have carried out the activity of assistant teacher of the matter of civil law, obtaining various scholarships and a degree in law with 110 cum laude, I have collaborated with primary law firms in the field of the corporate law, civil law and labour law (LabLaw Failla, Rotondi & Partners, in Milan). Afterwards, I have worked as legal counsel, first in Ubi Banca S.p.A.(since 2018), then in Banca Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.(since 2021), always looking for growth opportunities in order to study and excel. With regard to the above, I have achieved a Master in banking law and financial litigation (in 2021), a managerial certification of the Politecnico di Milano in project management (in 2023), several language courses (TOLES Illuminate Program in Commercial Legal English in 2023, British Council English Course in Business Communication and Negotiations in 2022, etc.) and university programs (Università degli Studi Carlo Bo di Urbino - Artificial Intelligence, in 2023). I currently hold the role of Financial & Corporate Lawyer and in the future, I aspire to hold a managerial role in the legal field. I believe that persistence is my greatest strength; I don\'t give up until I succeed. Thank you for your attention.
