I\'m leading projects, commercial negotiations (about $ 1B worth) and prospects part of a key Client protfolio. Through the different projects and project organization levels I manage from 50 to 80 resources, spread in US, Canada and Italy operating centers. I\'m traveling and visiting the site for about 60% of my time. I\'m supported by 4 project managers. My team delivered the full Engineering, Procurement and Construction scope of LNG Canada Phase 1 Project, and is completing the startup at the site. The main scope consists of compression modules, each one equipped with a gas turbine. I\'m acting as the key interface between Client and BH C-levels executives.I\'m dealing with technology development programs relevant to our Client supply.

I\'m a resilient and dedicated PROJECT DIRECTOR who delivers major international projects with full P&L and results accountability.
