ABOUT MATTEO ALIFFI

I’m a very curious person, I’ve accomplished different working experiences, to test my skills and prove my personal attitudes. I have discovered the importance of being flexible and use personal resources, by adapting them to new working environments.During the past years I’ve designed solutions for several applications and platforms, being involved also on security topics, especially with, reference to PCI-DSS standard and OWASP.I’ve managed many teams and software projects, drawing architectural solutions and personally contributing to the development of products specializing my skills in particular in the fields of innovative payments and banking systems, acquiring expertise on software and MasterCard’s last generation services.The work and organizational experiences acquired, allowed me to face different problems, expendable in business, often aimed at the staff training, management and resources’ optimization.I like to work in a dynamic environment, able to offer new challenges and to demand a creative commitment too. I would like to use the knowledge and experience gathered during these years to work in a challenging and friendly environment focusing on architecture and security context.Along these years my daily working life taught me to manage my time, and my team, in order to reach a good balance between empowering skills and accomplish the work duties, not forgetting other personal interests: I am passionate of acting, graphic design, comics, movies (noir genre in particular). I also love literature, with particular reference to poetry (I wrote a book too).As a good engineer, I strongly believe in technological progress as a fundamental tool to realize a better future: so I dedicate myself in proposing new ideas and projects: I would like to invent some original object, that could be useful for the people and could improve the world.
