Actively manage and develop a distribution network in Italy, Spain and Portugal- Sell directly to the EPC/Process OEM market- Manage and motivate distributors to achieve sales against plan in on a quarterly and annual basis- Monitor each territory regarding market opportunity and competitor activity- Track capital projects at the End User and EPC contractor within the territory and log this data in the CRM system- Share and coordinate information with team members- Identify and close the commercial opportunities which arise - Own the sales process from identifying opportunities through to sales closure maintaining the sales funnel in the CRM system- Ensure adequate product knowledge for each distributor via presentations and training- Conduct product seminars at End Users and EPC contractors
