I am a self-motivated, passionate individual with 20 years experience delivering digital solutions for demanding, global digital marketing agencies, their clients and more recently at Vodafone. My diverse skill set covers owning technology delivery across multiple clients as a technical director, extensive technical team leadership and technical product ownership. I have managed large, cross-functional software engineering and DevOps teams both in-house and across multiple offshore locations and collaborated closely with industry leading creative and user experience professionals on many challenging and trailblazing projects. I have strong client facing skills and have worked directly with the founders and managing directors of AKQA on numerous occasions.I have delivered many high profile and technically challenging projects and architectures across the full delivery lifecycle, including delivering Dyson’s foundational IoT platform with multiple product integrations and premium Android / iOS mobile companion apps, Tag Heuer’s first connected wearable watch and Premier League referee watch app, AKQA’s first machine learning-powered social media management platform, Virgin Sport’s inaugural events and ticketing platform as well as countless web, mobile and voice solutions to name a few.I naturally gravitate towards helping clients and stakeholders to define and manage their requirements and scope, breaking down large, complex requirements into prioritised, value driven, iteratively deliverable user stories and predictable road maps. This coupled with my experience and passion for delivering technology, harnessing the best of agile methodologies/techniques and drive to continuously improve ways of working is transitioning me from the technology to the product management space.
