I am a versatile data-driven editor with over 10 years of experience developing content strategies with measurable results, managing writers in a fast-paced environment and producing engaging content across platforms. At ESPN, I lead its college football recruiting and college softball editorial budgets, seeing through stories from idea to execution. In addition to providing constructive feedback to writers, formatting their articles on the backend of ESPN\'s content management system and writing captivating and SEO-oriented headlines for publication, I analyze web, app and search data and provide traffic reports to other editors. I started my career producing content for all platforms, be it writing stories for print and web, shooting photos for newspapers and social media or designing graphics. I shot one photo that the Pro Football Hall of Fame honored, CNN featured in a \"Top 75 Sports Moments of 2014\" year-end photo gallery and Deadspin, Bleacher Report and NBC Sports, among other outlets, published. In addition, I have placed in three national competitions for design and won 18 regional awards for my reporting, photography and designs. I graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and a minor in sports studies in May 2014. There, I moved up from staff writer/photographer to senior managing editor of The Quinnipiac Chronicle, leading it to New England College Newspaper of the Year honors in consecutive academic years and training new staff members and editors.
