Responsible for a portfolio of three B2B SaaS inventory management solutions (Nucleus, CubixxMD, and PODIS Plus) used by specialty medical practices across the US- Manage a group of full-time and contract product owners, working with a variety of teams including development, testing, UX, and architecture as part of a large-scale agile release train (SAFe ART)- Communicate portfolio roadmap and strategy to internal executives across the enterprise as well as key strategic customers on a recurring basis- Participate in the solution sales process for large opportunities, in partnership with distribution business- Engage with customers via phone, text, email, and in-person to see real world use of the solutions, gather feedback on recent feature launches, interview for future product needs, etc… - Use SQL, Google Analytics, and PowerBI dashboards to understand usage patterns which then feed into product initiatives to improve user workflows and grow user engagement within customer accounts.
