I am a politically engaged and strategic leader who is passionate about driving positive change and making an impact in conservative policy. I was a top graduate from Leadership Institute\'s Youth Leadership School, the most renowned conservative political boot camp in the nation. I excel at managing projects and inspiring collaboration among my peers. As the President of Missouri State University\'s Turning Point USA chapter, I actively engaged in various political organizations and initiatives, fostering growth and connecting with influential thinkers at nationwide conferences. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Political Science at Missouri State University. As the Director of Social Media and Outreach in Shane Schoeller\'s race for Missouri Secretary of State, my work was all about engaging people with ideas that matter for change that matters. As a Personal Banker with Great Southern, I manage each of my customers banking needs, from opening and closing accounts to handling loan applications and facilitating account maintenance. I fill in for colleagues at multiple branches across the Springfield Metro in order to meet needs for the bank as a whole as well as my branch specifically. I work with our computer software to ensure accurate electronic records for accounts and secure privacy for customers. I also work with each of our bank’s departments to mediate between the bank and customers regarding their immediate banking needs. Customer service, integrity, and efficient communication are fundamental aspects of my role as a Personal Banker. I take pride in building day to day relationships with my clientele that consistently improve the overall service they receive from our bank. Banking is about more than just money—it’s about helping customers manage their financial endeavors to invest what matters most to them. I look forward to developing in this role!
