With more than 15 years of experience working with public sector organizations (K-12, higher ed, medical, state/local gov’t), I am passionate about helping my customers solve their communication and collaboration challenges. I spend a lot of time listening and understanding what their needs are to determine priorities and figure out an exact solution. All too often I see technology trying to force users in a certain direction, when it should be the users of the technology and their needs driving the technology. There is no silver bullet to fix everything – what a rural hospital needs is often a far different solution than what an urban public school or state agency needs.Regardless of organization size, budget or geographic location, there is a video/audio technology solution that can be adopted to solve communication and collaboration challenges. I believe there must be a true partnership between a vendor and a customer for everyone to be successful.
