Started with Interstate Hotels & Resorts Inc. in June 2018 and then joined Aimbridge Hospitality after the Aimbridge/Interstate merger in October 2019. • Draft, negotiate, and analyze corporate master contracts, hotel level vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements across various disciplines including purchasing, operations, development, accounting, human resources, information systems and technology, sales, and marketing • Develop sales contract templates, contract negotiation playbooks, and training, for the sales and marketing team for use across over 1,500 full service and select service hotels and resorts across all major hotel brands • Provide legal advice to senior management and hotel level staff, on a wide range of issues, including vendor disputes, breach of contract claims, ADA Title matters, IP/Trademark registration, evictions, subpoena responses, employment matters, and price gouging laws • Collaborate across multiple disciplines as a member of the company’s incident response team for hotel level emergencies • Review and analyze insurance proposals in connection with the company’s risk management department to mitigate potential company liabilities • Lead monthly trainings for new hotel General Managers to discuss common operational legal issues and best practices • Established and registered Aimbridge Aid Foundation, Aimbridge’s non-profit foundation to better assist Aimbridge’s employees and the local community • Member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Music License Committee which negotiates form music license agreements with various performance rights organizations Conference Engagements- Panelist, ALIS Law Conference 2021, Los Angeles, California - Force Majeure: It\'s Not Just Boilerplate Language
