Embracing the opportunity to continue my track record of success developing associates, improving proficiencies, and driving results working with our inventory team to create iconic experiences for associates and customers! After first thirty days in role. I redesigned the shop to create four distinct inspection stations and simplify the quality inspection process for associates. I cut store reconciliation report in half while working through team members to improve execution. I significantly reduced the inventory off lot list through improved execution and providing role clarity to team members. My efforts helped improve the store Front Lot Quality Walk scores nearly 20% through renewed training and focus on CarMax vehicle standards and promoting a culture of integrity where the team seeks to only allow high quality vehicles on the customer lot.
