   Responsible for the implementation of products and services in a customer-focused manner for gift card and eCommerce stored value related products. Responsible for all project management activities and providing technical product support to new and existing clients. Coordinate with sales executives, certification analysts, product managers, engineering, card production, and account management to deliver a premium product with seamless integration. • Lead requirement gathering sessions and develop program solution.• Manage all aspects of the implementation process. Document project requirements, create and maintain project plans, identify risk, demonstrate problem resolution skills, and setting and adhering to deadlines. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects while developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, internal technical teams, account management team and other internal stakeholders.• Provide support to existing B2B/B2C clients on eCommerce requests related to web based storefront and card fulfillment. • Coordinate on Card Production activities including artwork, proofing, and production schedule coordination with Production & Account Managers.• Communicate regular project updates and milestone achievement to internal/external project stakeholders and leadership. • Provide training to enable customers to successfully utilize SVS’ products and services.
