Play a pertinent and important role in the onboarding of RedZone which has enabled Claremont to track production efficiencies. Within the first couple of months, we were able to improve our efficiency rate from 50% to roughly 87% and have held steady at that rate ever since! Integral to creating new RedZone batching and formulas to better track production batching weight data and efficiencies. Partner with 30 of Claremont Food’s clients to develop, modify, and produce 100+ successful protein/snack bar products.
