I am a member of the Regional Leadership Team for IDEO Europe, in this group I am accountable for the health and growth of the region. I co-lead the internal operational team, a group responsible for the community, culture and systems that empower all IDEOers in Europe. I\'m currently leading the initiative to define new ways of working for IDEO and its clients. This vital work aims to unlock new hybrid modes of working while ensuring new levels of flexibility for the experience of working at IDEO. I\'m also co-leading to the ongoing transformation of our business in Europe, as we build a more diverse and distributed leadership team. In this Regional Leadership role I work directly with Global Leadership and the Leader of other regions. I also aspire to be a transparent and trusted member of our amazing team. A constant focus on creative leadership excellence underpins everything I do - and coaching fellow leaders and members of the community is a passion. I also contribute to a range of Client projects, and have deep experience in Mobility. In the past I have led major client relationships with global companies, working directly with Senior and Executive Leadership in client teams. But the thing that motivates me most is working directly with teams to solve problems. As a designer at heart, the magic of collaboration and making is where value lies. And so defending the space for design - the messy, inefficient and tangible work needed to discover new opportunities - is where I try to spend as much time as I can.
