Palatine is a private equity firm that sees investment as a force for good.My role focuses on driving growth initiatives across the portfolio with both buyout and impact funds.I support management teams and investment teams to articulate, execute and report on the key initiatives that will enable and de-risk accelerated growth. I help to fill expertise or capability gaps to delivery by maintaining a network of partner consultancies covering all functional areas such as Commercial effectiveness, Tech & AI, Data & Analytics, Pricing.I support management to spot opportunities and scope projects to ensure that portfolio companies get the best advice and maximise success and ROI on project spend.I also foster cross portfolio collaboration by running events and building functional communities across the portfolio, identifying areas of similar challenge and introducing people to maximise shared learning experience across our businesses.
