Key Practice Experience: • Products Liability: Provides preventative measures advice, including reviewing product warnings, instructions, and environmental marketing claims; assist manufacturers with product recalls and CPSC investigations; defend manufacturers in product defect, warranty, and consumer class action cases. • IP/Business Litigation: represent clients in non-compete, trade secrets, trademark and copyright infringement cases, as well as breach of contract and other business tort cases. • Advise and represent clients in false advertising matters, including FTC Act compliance. • Recreation Sports: defend owners and operators of recreation areas, including ski areas and tubing parks, in personal injury claims.
