I joined SES to develop voice solutions for customers. Shortly after my hire, I advanced to a senior manager role.Presently, I direct and guide a multinational team of Network Engineers in strengthening network capabilities and product lines that generate $300M in annual revenues. Our efforts focus on complex architecture design, application development, and integration projects involving SES networks, IP, WiFi, and voice solutions on a global MPLS satellite network. My team also supports basic L2 and L3 MPLS-based VPN services, IP connectivity, firewall, WAN optimization, and CGNAT services.My Agile, Scrum, and Kanban training supports me in bridging critical gaps between product, engineering, and operations teams to meet tight timelines and deliver robust, cutting-edge solutions under budget. Transformed an underperforming team into an effective, dedicated unit by instilling individual accountability, which encouraged team members to take the lead on solving problems and voice ideas on how issues get solved. Secured several multimillion-dollar cruise line contracts after developing, delivering, and launching a voice solution from the ground up within 9-10 months. Orchestrated the design, testing, and deployment of a workable SDWAN service offering to the first pilot customer in less than 12 months with minimal resources. Presently getting ready to launch this solution to cruise lines in 2022.
