I currently oversee our National Grid portfolio, and take overall responsability for the technical delivery of all NG projects. I\'m responsible for an engineering team spanning the UK and India and I\'m directly responsible for the performance and growth of my team consisting of experienced substation engineers. I have successfully grown the team from a handful of engineers to over 75 today, ensureing that we have adequate resources in place to deliver our projects. I take full responsibility for the technical output of the team and also the individual competence management of my team members, and I\'m currently building a team in one of our new offices in Bangalore.

A Chartered engineer and skilled people manager with a successful and demonstrated history of delivering power projects within the industry. Skilled in all aspects of substation delivery at numerous voltage levels with a particular focus on higher transmission level substations for clients such as, but not limited to NG, SSE & SPEN.Working at a senior level within the industry for many years, I currently head our engineering department covering our core disciplines, with overall responsibility for the technical delivery & technical excellence.
