I currently oversee our National Grid portfolio, and take overall responsability for the technical delivery of all NG projects. I\'m responsible for an engineering team spanning the UK and India and I\'m directly responsible for the performance and growth of my team consisting of experienced substation engineers. I have successfully grown the team from a handful of engineers to over 75 today, ensureing that we have adequate resources in place to deliver our projects. I take full responsibility for the technical output of the team and also the individual competence management of my team members, and I\'m currently building a team in one of our new offices in Bangalore.
