Most individuals and teams aren\'t underperforming because they lack skill; they are underperforming because of Misalignment Friction. This is the invisible tax paid when a person\'s daily tasks are in direct conflict with their internal wiring. It manifests as high-energy stagnation: everyone is busy and exhausted, yet the group\'s collective potential is quietly squandered. As a Licensed Purpose Facilitator, I help individuals and leaders bridge the gap between their wiring and their work. My role is to help you isolate the internal signal so you can stop the \"productivity-scrambling\" and start refining your output from the inside out: I help you untangle the confusion that leads to second-guessing and directional fog. We identify the specific problems you are naturally designed to solve, allowing you to step into your work with a level of conviction that external advice can never provide: I help you optimize your team\'s collective output by aligning individual wiring with organizational mission and purpose. When a team understands its natural advantages and aligns with shared purpose, friction vanishes, and you generate a level of momentum that is impossible to achieve through traditional \"performance management.\"The goal is to stop the compounding waste of potential. By leveraging purpose as a functional tool, we reveal a clear path to your best ideas and create a business design where fulfillment and high-impact results are no longer at odds.

ABOUT MATTHEW BIGGAR

If you\'re an ambitious achiever, there\'s nothing more frustrating than giving everything you have and watching your results plateau for months, even years. It feels like for every step forward you take, you end up moving two steps back, stuck just short of the success and opportunities you know you\'re capable of. For more than 20 years, I poured everything I had into my work, certain that more hours were the answer. From electrician to corporate communications and then starting a business in 2017, the same problem followed me through every pivot. I chased any opportunity I could easily justify, yet so little of it moved the needle on what actually mattered. The work I threw myself into rarely fit how I\'m wired, so I relied on willpower, discipline, and caffeine, wondering why it cost so much to get so little in return. The wins that did come felt strangely hollow, taking more out of me than they gave back, until I was running on empty and carrying all of it alone, wearing \"busy\" like a badge of honor. It took me two decades to see why: I was operating under a linear success model where 1 unit of effort = 1 unit of return. The trap held because I was holding onto the idea that I should be able to figure everything out on my own without asking for help. Everything changed when I stopped grinding and gave myself permission to get support. It was the isolation that kept me trapped, and connection and community that got me out. That’s why my wife Jamie and I are building Biggar Together, a place to do this work alongside other high-achieving people who get it. That shift changed the quality of my questions, from \"How do I work harder?\" to \"What am I naturally wired to contribute? What work fulfills me most? and what creates the highest impact for others?\" The answers all pointed to the same place: the intersection of work where natural wiring, high-impact opportunities, and deep fulfillment converge. Prioritizing this intersection creates 3X the results from your time, effort and energy. That\'s why I created The Multiplier Zone™ This is where your work energizes you, you’re helping others with the best of what you have, and you’re no longer working against yourself, depending on finite willpower, discipline, or massive amounts of coffee to power through the day. I created it for ambitious high performers because I hate watching smart, capable people waste years of effort as I did. If you recognize yourself here, let\'s talk. Even one conversation usually shows you where your effort is leaking and what to change. I respond to every DM.
