Most delivery challenges I’ve worked around didn’t start with tools or frameworks. They showed up as pressure on teams, unclear priorities, and systems that had grown faster than the organisations around them.For the last 9 years, I’ve worked in large digital environments where platforms support tens of millions of users. At Comcast Global Streaming Platform, I lead multiple engineering teams responsible for services behind products such as Peacock, NOW, and Sky Showtime. The work is complex, often highly visible, and usually constrained by scale, legacy, and competing stakeholder needs.My focus day to day is on how work actually moves through the system. That includes clarifying priorities, reducing friction between teams and stakeholders, and helping delivery remain predictable without adding unnecessary process. I tend to spend more time listening and untangling than enforcing ways of working.Earlier roles at IBM and Danaher involved cloud-native platforms, financial services, and regulated environments. Those experiences shaped how I think about risk, change, and the gap between how delivery is designed and how it plays out in practice.I’m not particularly attached to frameworks.
