Calvium is a leading digital agency combining XD expertise and agnostic software engineering to deliver mobile and web apps to a range of clients. Employing agile and lean development methodology, my role is responsible for delivering enterprise web apps in collaboration with large-scale government contracts and membership organisations such as The Arts Council of England and Wales and The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. As well as projects for NHS-approved Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Technology Enabled Care. Working on a range of projects for social good is exciting and rewarding, with my role seeing me managing complex projects end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery and support.As part of my role as senior project manager, I have also instigated new processes for more agile-friendly methodology, focused upwards reporting with more focus on delivery and invoicing. I have instigated better time tracking, resource management and project tracking with software tools, updated project retrospective processes and created new and updated documentation to back up new processes I have introduced.
