Matt Barnes is a Managing Partner and Co-head within Tatum’s CFO Practice where he is responsible for leading searches for senior finance executives on behalf of public, private, and private-equity owned companies. He has specific expertise in Chief Financial Officers, Chief Accounting Officers and established Corporate Controllers with an eye toward future CFO succession. Matt brings 14 years of Executive Search experience across a wide range of industries and has spent his entire search career within Tatum/Randstad in roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Tatum/Randstad, he spent several years working in the Financial Services industry in New York.
