I\'m a performance-first leader with over a decade of experience working with some of the highest-performing athletes and coaches in the world. In my role as the National Team Director of Performance at USA Swimming, I\'ve had the privilege of collaborating with top performers in sport, shaping impactful strategic plans, and working alongside top tier partners across the industries of sports and media. At its core, my career has been about helping people and teams reach their full potential through sound strategy, strong relationships, operational efficiency, and competitive drive. I have brought clarity and perspective to numerous challenges from building talent pipelines, to tackling the integration of AI into swimming performance, to complex event logistics and more. Like all industries, as the sports world evolves the challenges facing Olympic sport grow more complex and the need to be nimble, flexible, and adaptive expands.
