About Matt Balestrieri
I am responsible for managing the ESG initiative at MyPath. I work with our CEO, Executive Team, and Leadership teams, as well as with our Board of Directors, to create and guide a multi-faceted ESG program that aligns with the overall goals of MyPath. I am also thrilled to continue as the Executive Sponsor of the MyPath Environmental Pathfinders, our Employee Resource Group dedicated to all things green and blue. My two primary responsibilities are: 1. To create an internal environmental sustainability program across MyPath, a company of thousands of employees and thousands of individuals served spread across two states. We will follow the guidelines we have set forth in our Environmental Commitment and will manage our environmental impact according to our five Environmental Sustainability Pillars.2. To lead the reporting initiative and create the first, and all subsequent, ESG reports for MyPath. We will report according to GRI Sustainability Standards, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and measure Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions. In my reporting role I serve as a support to our Director of DEI, helping to ensure effective promotion of our many and varied DEI initiatives.
