Senior professional with 18+ years of experience in coaching within a range of environments including professional football clubs, national teams, academies and higher education institutions. Multi-cultural experience having lived abroad in Saudi Arabia and lived and worked in the UK, Europe and Africa. A UEFA and CAF qualified coach who has a proven track record of player development, league and cup wins and who also prides himself on improving any environment he finds himself in. A successful track record in developing players, improving technical ability and game understanding, managing and implementing coaching programmes and recruiting and developing talent from Youth to First-Team level- I have also worked in the IT and marketing/advertising industry for several years which has provided a set of transferable skills that I am able to bring to my coaching, which include an understanding of business/corporate processes, commercial and marketing strategies and working with highly-skilled people. I possess an innate desire to help others succeed and achieve their goals and will always look to foster an atmosphere of mutual respect, with a humble demeanour and tireless work-ethic.
