   HawkSoft is an independent insurance agency management system founded in the 90s, whose prioritizes humanity, being of service (to our customers and staff), and prioritizing humanity over profits. While it wasn\'t a clear at first, the irresistible challenges they\'re facing made it clear this was a match for all parties.and it\'s been gangbusters ever since. HawkSoft is #3 in the space and making a massive transition from tens of thousands of desktop installations to a cloud-centric solution in Azure. In just a few weeks we\'ve already implemented an architecture in Azure I\'m certain Microsoft didn\'t even foresee. Massive scale (both in terms of storage and system TPS) for mere pennies on the dollar, engineers of all levels being unleashed to both innovate and grow into future leadership roles, and a company that will undoubtedly challenge the 2 big competitors in the space soon. Truly shocked that I found an innovative hotbed of cutting edge development in Canby:)We\'ll be recruiting soon - and we want engineers/doers who are leaders, care about the team, think beyond patterns and the latest fads, and are able to see the myriad angles/levels of a problem. It\'s legitimately fun what we\'re doing.
