About Matt Carter

Technical leader with 13 years experience identifying and building \'0-to-1\' products primarily in the consumer space. I am an expert in building connected hardware businesses from the ground up, and marry this with several years experience applying AI/ML at scale both for consumers and enterprises. I\'m a passionate team builder and enjoy working closely with leaders at all levels.I\'m proud to have owned the launch of the world\'s first networked LED bulb in 2012, and to have been the product owner for the development and launch of TP-Link\'s bar-setting \'Kasa Smart\' brand smart device brand and platform. I also built out Ring\'s product management team and shipped a generation of Ring doorbells and cameras, and recently was the product manager for Flippy 3, a robotic fry station.
