   I am responsible for successful implementation of high-priority strategic programs within SAIC with a particular focus on our All-In-Cloud Journey. Working with an exceptional team, achieved successful solution implementations in Azure commercial and government clouds, introduced a new generation of Data Lakehouse ecosystem using Databricks, and expanded into multi-cloud environments with implementation of AWS commercial and government cloud solutions. Our program mission is to migrate all systems to the cloud and retire our data centers.Utilizing the OneTeam and Agile approaches, enabling team members success throughout the journey is my top priority. I ensure that all efforts are completed within the defined schedule, budget, and in alignment with the desired customer experience, compliance, cybersecurity, scope, and requirements. Continuously aligning the program scope with strategic business objectives, I provide recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and drive desired business outcomes.I also specialize in mergers acquisitions and divestitures. I have coordinated multiple acquisitions and divestiture system integrations including our Engility $2.5B, Unisys Federal $1.2B, and Halfaker Associates ($250M) acquisitions and various size divestitures. I have completed multiple strategic planning, due diligence, systems integration and separation activities including stakeholder, risk management, change management, post-merger TSA management, and closeouts.Building credibility and fostering rapport, I maintain frequent interaction with senior leadership, customers, technical and functional leaders, consultants, and support staff. Furthermore, I am responsible for recruiting, managing, and fostering excellence in internal, consulting, on-shore, off-shore, and third-party resources. I inspire the adoption of best practices in agile and project management, driving the delivery of high-quality outcomes, while providing exceptional customer experience.
