I own the global commercial, operational, and technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise merchants processing billions of dollars in annual payment volume across multiple international markets.• Full P&L ownership of a high-value global enterprise portfolio spanning multiple regions and generating significant eight-figure annual margin• Lead and win complex global RFP processes for tier-one enterprise merchants, competing against major international payments providers• Drive global expansion initiatives including new market launches, regulatory alignment, and local payment method rollout• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and finance teams to deliver large-scale technical payment initiatives and platform upgrades• Lead the commercial sales cycle end-to-end: pipeline development, solution design, executive negotiation, and contract close• Act as senior escalation point for complex operational and technical challenges across global merchant platforms• Deliver internal executive briefings, stakeholder training, and commercial enablement sessions across the business• Regularly manage and present to global leadership teams due to the strategic importance and scale of the merchant portfolio
