Financial lead for both Cardiovascular and Women\'s product lines across Community Health Network including hospital and ambulatory sites- Partner with VP of service line to develop financial budget and potential network service utilization of new partnerships with hospitals outside Community Health Network. Develop financials on quarterly basis to evaluate financial performance of partnership- Collaborate with individuals from multiple departments and providers to reduce clinical variation and provide financial/value impact to the network from specific initiatives. The analysis would possibly include cost avoidance, impact on value based care patients, capacity enhancement, value related to mortality reduction, reducing readmissions and other metrics- Develop 5-year plans with VP of service lines to determine future network investments in providers, staff, capital and other investments, along with revenues associated from these strategies, in order for the service line to hit future growth targets- Review specific cardiovascular programs with physicians and cardiovascular leadership to ensure payment from payers, profitability of program and future outlook- Forecast service line volume growth or decline related to physician hires/retirements, medical management changes, clinical space expansion, new partnerships, primary care growth and other strategies- Work with hospital leadership to develop proformas and ROIs related to service line impact on master facility plan investments- Understand market trends for service line and impact on patient access to ambulatory office- Strategize on ways to improve access for existing physicians and plan for physician slow down/retirements.
