I\'m a seasoned Learning and Development trainer specialising in sales and recruitment. I work for Time recruitment running all inductions, ongoing training for all team members and develop recruitment strategies to bring new talent into the business. My passion for L&D goes all the way back to my time at Vitality Health where I brought in and developed dozens of new recruitment consultants across the UK. I\'m a huge advocate for continuous improvement at all levels of a business and believe in a community based approach to training and development utilising all experience across the company.
