Oxfordshire Local Nature Partnership facilitates strategic collaboration to “radically enhance nature, its positive impact on our climate, health and wellbeing, and the priority it is given in decision making, ensuring Oxfordshire is a county where people and nature thrive.”Having established the governance and operational model for the partnership, I’ve led the creation of Oxfordshire Nature Finance Strategy, and brought in an additional of capacity to create the nature market framework for Oxfordshire, including a dedicated project manager.I\'ve led on the creation of a new Oxfordshire nature recovery fund, removing risk and financial barriers to entry of nature markets for farmers and landowners. I\'ve levered in over £0.5million to this fund.I’ve grown the partnership with various additions funding pots, and now also employ a people & nature lead.We’re supporting the county council on the creation of the Local Nature Recovery Strategy, and are leading on the creation of a pipeline of projects for delivery.
