In 2016, I made the move from Kentucky to New York, diving into B2B software sales. At the time, it felt like I was \"selling out\" and leaving behind a purpose-driven career in sustainability and wasting years in grad school. For a decade, I excelled in that world—selling software to Fortune 500 companies to help solve their biggest challenges like work silos, employee disengagement, stymied innovation, and burnout. I believe we\'re at an inflection point in history. The leaders I work with understand that their work connects to the healing of themselves and society. They are business leaders, entrepreneurs, and non-profit leaders in climate and sustainability, LGBTQ+ activism, revenue, and strategy. Through a blend of psychology, behavioral evolution, and ontological coaching, we reset to a growth mindset and prime it for what\'s next through well-being, purpose, mindfulness, and accessing flow state.
