My focus is on operational efficiency, strategic growth, and financial success while preserving each partner\'s clinical autonomy and integrity.My career includes senior leadership roles at prominent healthcare companies, including my role as Hospice Division President at Compassus, where I oversaw clinical operations, quality initiatives, and compliance in the eastern territory. Additionally, I have held senior vice president roles focused on enhancing the care experience within organizations delivering value-based care.I am passionate about building exceptional teams that prioritize integrity, mentorship, and a strong work ethic.
