Software Growth Equity (SGE) has $770MM in assets under management across two funds, and invests in middle-market SaaS companies in the Rocky Mountain West and Plains states. The three Managing Directors have more than 80 years of combined experience as Founders/Presidents/CEOs and investors in SaaS and DaaS companies. We have developed a highly disciplined, and operationally-centric approach to investing that has led to unprecedented returns, resulting in our current realized fund returns placing us in the top 1% of all PE funds globally.
