Lead the Solution Design team to create and build compelling propositions from the TDX Group and Equifax range of products and services - primarily across collections and recoveries - to meet client need- Identify underlying client challenges and opportunities - often beyond the headline problem / objective - with a view to meet regulatory, shareholder and consumer needs- Work alongside the global sales teams to build persuasive proposals, present and effectively communicate complex solutions to clients directly and indirectly. Including delivery of product demonstrations, business cases and detailed operational & technical process design- Utilise virtual teams to deliver consumer level data analysis generating commercial insights and demonstrating the potential value of TDX Group products and services- Work closely with internal stakeholders, and influence strategy across, Product, Marketing, Commercial (Pricing) and Sales- Recognised as a SME and primary contributor for all major bids (RFI/RFP) across the TDX Group product suite including working alongside the executive leadership team
