The Chief Learning Officer (CLO) is responsible for designing, developing and implementing an impactful learning strategy and learning experience that attracts, develops and retains top talent in the industry. This role consults to, partners with, and often co-facilitates with, the Inc. CEO and executive leaders to design and deliver initiatives and interventions that close performance gaps, accelerate strategic change across the enterprise and create a culture of learning and continuous improvement. The CLO provides thought leadership and \'next/best practices\' to colleagues both inside and outside BAE Systems, and cultivates, uses and maintains an extensive network of consultants, key learning partners, L&D industry organizations, and learning solution providers. In addition, the CLO leads an internal training and development governance council to ensure alignment of efforts and cross business collaboration. The CLO builds, develops and leads a team of disbursed OD and Leadership Development professionals and strategically and tactically implements and oversees the latest employee surveys, L&D programs, learning technologies and learning innovations that contribute to the continued growth and success of BAE Systems. Additionally, the CLO uses exceptional organization design and organization development knowledge and capability to ensure the successful implementation of organizational readiness efforts and uses data driven analysis and advanced analytics to determine and communicate the return on investments in learning and development initiatives and to determine current and future business impact.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
