ABOUT MATT VYVERBERG
Matt oversees new developments for JPX Works, leading construction management and driving design and engineering efforts. Additionally, he directs due diligence, early-stage design concepts and pricing for potential acquisitions. He has 20 years of experience in creating iconic urban infill projects, including extensive experience with adaptive-use and complex mixed-use developments. With design as an impetus, Matt\'s work focuses on the enhancement of the urban core through vibrant live-work districts. Prior to JPX Works, Matt was a Principal with Smith Dalia Architects and The Preston Partnership, where he led design efforts and managed client relations for over 2.5 million square feet of mixed-use developments including transformative landmarks such as Atlanta’s White Provision and Inman Quarter. Prior to architecture & development, Matt worked at Arthur Andersen in the audit practice. Matt is a Registered Architect in the State of Georgia. He has a Master\'s in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor\'s in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. Through his architectural studies, he received the renowned Georgia Tech Southern GF Prize for his thesis work. Matt is an active participant in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) having graduated from its Center for Leadership class of 2011.
