I pivoted from marketing to tech in 2016, retraining first in software engineering/QA (Makers Academy) and later in UX (UX Design Institute Professional Diploma). UX is where my passion for human behavior, problem-solving, and real-world impact come together. With a background spanning UX, QA, and marketing, I bring a uniquely strategic perspective to product development. I excel at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, aligning stakeholders across disciplines, and advocating for user needs at every stage of the design process. My experience working in agile environments has helped me thrive in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and product owners to create seamless, user-centered experiences.
