As a Vice President of Preconstruction & Sales at 28 years old, I recognized the lack of resources available to construction professionals. Our industry is filled with conflict and burnout. I always wished there was someone out there to turn to when I was feeling alone, and I wanted to be that person for others! So, I started writing daily on LinkedIn to offer my insights and advice on topics ranging from career acceleration to client collaboration, ultimately aiming to make a positive impact in the Construction industry and contribute to others\' success. Now, I\'m at Well Built Construction Consulting where our mission is to create positive change in the construction industry.
