About Matt Vender
Matt joined ShopCore Properties in March 2022 as a Leasing Associate. In November 2023, Matt was promoted to Leasing Director. Matt is currently responsible for leasing a portfolio of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers from New York through the Carolinas, including major MSAs such as New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C, and Charlotte. Prior to joining ShopCore, Matt was a member of the Retail Brokerage team at Colliers International in Philadelphia. Matt collaborated with institutional and local owners, including the following: Time Equities, Cedar Realty Trust, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Urban Edge Properties, Jordache Enterprises, and Lavipour & Company. He also assisted several national, regional and local occupiers, including The UPS Store, Enterprise Holdings, US Army Corps of Engineers, PetWell Clinic, and Image Studios, in their expansions throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey as a Tenant Advisor.
