I am responsible for the scope, design and implementation of bioinformatics pipelines and processes. This involves developing code for backend tools as well as guiding frontend development - focusing on usability and visual interfaces. I bring new genomic annotations and knowledge base information into the platform. I also work with collaborators and customers in on-boarding their genomic data, train them on using the platform and collaboratively analyze their data to gain novel insights.
