About Matt Velinder
I am a classically trained molecular biologist with extensive experience in molecular genetics and computational biology. My previous work has focused on gene expression regulation by transcription factors and histone modifying enzymes as well as associated post-translational modifications of these proteins. I also have a strong background in molecular genetics, variant interpretation and prioritization, genomic analyses, rare and undiagnosed disease genetics, gene expression studies and immunological assays. I continue to work closely with clinicians to bring research findings and novel therapies to patients.
