I’m also a Certified Motivation Code™ Coach, helping leaders and teams align purpose, potential, and performance.I was honored at age 30 with the Rochester Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award, and my commitment to leadership continues today through my involvement with the George Mason University Patriot Club Advisory Board, Girl Scouts of the Nation’s Capital, The Kennedy Center, George Washington’s Mount Vernon, and the Gravely Elementary PTO.Outside of work, I live in Northern Virginia with my wife Angela — a top financial advisor and my greatest teammate — and our daughter, Misha.
