As the Director, Strategic Enablement, I am responsible for supporting, managing and executing on operational initiatives for Single Family Servicing Operations. In this role, I interact closely with business leaders, Business Technology Group (BTG), Information Technology, and stakeholders to carry out key strategic, and tactical projects. I am responsible for leading and coaching a team of Associate Directors, Servicing Initiatives, who directly support the development and implementation of projects. Additionally, I collaborate with the Business Technology Group to recommend, design, and execute process reengineering initiatives and integrate new technologies into existing workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
