My current role involves managing our local Account Management program in order to retain all existing business and grow our relationships with our clients. The program is strategic in nature; we seek to collaborate with our customers to define a business plan at the start of the year. This plan drives our strategy throughout the year and helps define what success looks like. We\'re not okay to simply be another \"vendor\" for our customers - we strive to be a \"trusted adviser\" and friend - a significant contributor to what helps to make our client successful. Our local Customer Retention & Development Program supports & drives these efforts.
