Collaborate with field sales team to maintain existing business and drive new systems and consumables growth for largest life science accounts in North America which includes hospitals, medical laboratories, independent diagnostic labs, and contract research organizations (CROs), focused on clinical toxicology, forensic toxicology, drug development, and pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clinical trials. • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams, including inside sales, outside sales, service, marketing, R&D, product management, scientific applications, and customer service, to ensure there is a high level of customer satisfaction. • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively. • Conduct in-depth analysis of client accounts, assessing market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities to inform strategic decisions discussed with executive management. • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing structures, terms, and conditions, to secure favorable agreements while maintaining profitability. • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company\'s presence in the biotech market by identifying potential clients and market niches • Utilize data analytics and CRM tools to track account performance, monitor sales metrics, and identify areas for improvement. • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations to leadership. • Advocate for the needs and interests of clients within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard in product development and service enhancements. • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the biotech industry to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships. • Stay updated on the latest developments in biotechnology and related fields to remain a trusted advisor to clients.
