Establish and maintain advisory relationship with developer/applicants for OHCS Affordable Rental Housing programs• Evaluate development project proformas and other application material.• Evaluate project financial risks and advise developer on risk mitigations and best use of public resources• Provide consultation and advise potential applicants in establishing program eligibility.• Serve as primary resource for developers in early project development.
