My journey as an IT engineering and product leader has been far from cookie-cutter.I’ve been on both sides of the fence, as an internal leader and primary consultant.I’ve led full-stack development teams, and I’ve also been asked to lead projects both as short-term firefighter and long-term strategist.Through these experiences, I’ve learned that success comes from- a tireless commitment to excellence and improvement- the ability to thrive under deadline pressure and a willingness to put in the time it takes- bringing the right people together to deliver, improve, and celebrate victoriesI flourish in a positive and results-based culture, and ensure that same spirit extends to the people and teams I lead.When it all comes together, I know that my products make a difference to my customers and, really, that’s all that counts.

Joined team in the midst of a year-long digital transformation project to bring together B2C, B2B and a PIM solution- Authored website design via vibe coding through Replit agents including webpage A/B comparisons, standardization to Figma design library and overall best practices for UI/UX- Worked directly with a full development team leading requirements gathering and review sessions to accelerate velocity needed for project deadlines- Tasked to oversee the entire website for consistency and reusability- Assisted with UAT efforts as features have been developed with little to no requirements changes required after handing to the DEV and QA team members.
