About Matt Stringer
The future of humanity is in the hands of leaders, now more than ever, and we aren’t ready. It\'s my mission to equip leaders with the mindset and skillset to create societal value in an AI-augmented world. We must shape a future where technology serves people - not the other way around.I\'m an early adopter who is passionately future-focused and energized by disruption, complexity and possibility. My leadership philosophies have been shaped by my diverse career path, living and working in 5 countries on 4 continents over nearly 30 years: leading as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, building small start-up businesses, working for large globals, and consulting to leaders across all industries and geographies. To me, this is the most important work I can do, because I believe that better leaders create a better world.

Senior Principal

Leaders have humanity’s future in their hands, and it’s my job to help them get it right. As a leadership specialist, I play multiple hands-on roles: Lead facilitator: I design and deliver leadership development programs to build capability at all levels, from the top of the house to the operational coalface. Executive coach: I have coached nearly leaders across 6 continents, with material impact on their long-term goals and urgent needs that result in individual, team, and organizational change. I create high-trust partnerships to work on the deep tissue of individual growth, triangulating with line managers to ensure clarity and accountability to development. Talent strategist: I help organisations build and roll out talent strategies, and I advise on selection decisions. Assessment SME: I have assessed the performance, potential, readiness and fit of nearly 100 executives for larger roles. Program manager: I manage client relationships and multiple cross-functional project teams to coordinate global, matrixed deliveries. As a trusted talent partner, I don\'t always tell leaders what they want to hear, but I aim to tell them what they need to hear. I build my perspective by working alongside and learning from leaders across nearly every industry and geography, and I share this back, blended with KF\'s industry-leading research, to help organizations work through the most ambiguous, disrupted times the modern world has seen.As an eternal student of the human condition, I feel this is important work because better leaders really do create a better world: they show care and invest in others; they seek out more sustainable, equitable ways of working; they make work meaningful by clarifying a shared purpose and rallying toward an optimistic vision. For the opportunity to contribute to that mission, I\'m very proud of the work I do!
